The talented singer Jessie Ware, who recently dropped her new single “Pearls”, has now unveiled the title of her highly anticipated fifth studio album, “That! Feels Good!”. The album, set to be released on April 28, will be a follow-up to her 2020 hit record “What’s Your Pleasure?”
With “Pearls”, Jessie Ware continues to explore the disco-pop genre and brings a light-hearted approach to the track that demands a dance. The song is inspired by legends like Donna Summer, Teena Marie, Evelyn Champagne King, and Chaka Khan, and was created in collaboration with Stuart Price and Coffee Clarence Jr, with the addition of Sarah Hudson.
Jessie Ware describes the new album as a record meant to be enjoyed and sang along to. It represents a culmination of hard work and pure joy, and she is eager for fans to hear it. The album’s lead single, “Free Yourself”, received critical acclaim and was remixed four times, including one by Melanie C.
In October 2021, Jessie teamed up with the iconic Kylie Minogue on a duet of “Kiss of Life” for Kylie’s deluxe edition of her 2020 album “DISCO”. Both artists have embraced the disco revival, led by Dua Lipa’s “Future Nostalgia”. The two musicians hit it off when they recorded an episode of Jessie’s hit podcast “Table Manners”.
