Sigur Rós’ Vocalist Jónsi Announced a New Album

The Icelandic post-rock band Sigur Rós‘ vocalist Jónsi has announced a new album with Swedish composer Carl Michael von Hausswolffare. The album title is Dark Morph. It was released on May 10 via Krunk/The Vinyl Factory. The duo came together on a research ship called Dardanella during the previous summer, where they recorded underwater sounds. These records became the starting point of the project.

They released the song “Beka Yalo” before releasing the album. You can listen it  below.
