The Resistance Revival Chorus is a collective of more than 60 women and non-binary singers, have announced their debut album. It is titled This Joy and will drop on October 16 via Righteous Babe. The album announcement arrived with the title track. Also, they released music video for the title track. It is directed by Geneva Peshka and featuring animation by Jenny Scales.

Our debut album drops on Righteous Babe Records in ONE MONTH, and to celebrate, we’re releasing the title track, “This Joy,” available wherever you stream music!
This song is near and dear to our hearts and our mission as a collective. It comes to us through the Black church, composed by gospel music legend Shirley Caesar.
We are proud to offer our version at a time when joy and healing are so needed, along with this uplifting music video, self-filmed at the height of the pandemic in NYC under the direction of Geneva Peschka, with animation by Jenny Scales and editing by Maximilla Lukacs.
