South London’s darlings, Moreish Idols, have come back with a bang! “Nocturnal Creatures,” their newest single, is a dreamy piece of indie-pop that showcases the band’s songwriting prowess. The release follows their highly-acclaimed debut EP, “Float,” from last year.
Moving away from the predictable, “Nocturnal Creatures” is the first track from a series of collaborative sessions with the renowned Speedy Wunderground’s Dan Carey. Speaking of the track, the band says:
“Nocturnal creatures can teach us to be more observant, in case they dig up your treasure and bury their bones.”
The single is paired with a music video directed by the band members themselves, making the release even more personal.
Moreish Idols will be gracing a few festival stages in support of their new single. Catch them at Outertown Festival in Bristol and Brighten The Corners Festival in Ipswich, with more dates to be announced soon!
