Get ready to fall in love with Kelela‘s latest musical offering, “Enough For Love”. This dreamy, synth-driven track is the fifth and final single from her highly-anticipated album, “RAVEN”. Co-produced by Yo van Lenz, Kelela poses the question of whether a lover is “tough enough for love” over ethereal synths and minimalist percussion. “RAVEN” is set to be released on February 10th, with “Enough For Love” joining previously released singles, “Contact”, “Washed Away”, “Happy Ending”, and “On The Run”.
After a five-year hiatus, Kelela returned with the album’s lead single “Washed Away” last September. The album, which serves as a follow-up to her 2017 debut “Take Me Apart”, has received critical acclaim with NME praising it as “lush and accomplished” and not “basic love songs”.
In addition to her solo work, Kelela has kept busy over the years with guest verses and other projects. In 2018, she released “Take Me a_Part, the Remixes”, which featured new versions of her debut tracks, with collaborations from Princess Nokia, Junglepussy, Cupcakke, and production from Kaytranada. She has also made appearances on tracks by Solange, Danny Brown, Clams Casino, and Gorillaz.
