Slowthai has struck a chord with his new single “Feel Good”, a groovy and upbeat track described as “a mantra to uplift and set your day off in the right direction.” Despite its title, the single is not exactly about feeling good, but rather “needing a boost to flip the story.”
Produced by Dan Carey, Kwes Darko, Zach Nahome, and Sega Bodega, with additional vocals from Shygirl, the single also comes with a music video featuring reactions from Slowthai’s fans. Over 4,000 fans submitted their clips to be a part of the video, with 35 selected to be showcased.
“Feel Good” is the third single from Slowthai’s highly anticipated third album “UGLY”, set to drop on March 3rd via Method Records. The album follows the release of “I Know Nothing” and “Selfish”.
In a press statement,Slowthai spoke about the album, saying: “People see you as a character, but they don’t really know who you are. I have ‘UGLY’ tattooed on my face as a reminder to love myself, rather than let others determine my worth.”
For fans in the UK, Slowthai recently announced an intimate pub tour, with tickets available for just £1.
