BDRMM Unveils Upcoming Album, Shares Lead Track

Shoegaze four-piece, BDRMM, hailing from Hull, has announced their much-awaited second album, “I Don’t Know.” The album will be released on June 30th via the independent label, Rock Action, helmed by Scottish post-rockers Mogwai. To coincide with the album announcement, the band has also dropped their lead single, “It’s Just A Bit Of Blood.”

Band member, Ryan Smith, talked about the new single, saying:

“For those who’ve seen us on tour, this track will sound familiar. The more we played it, the more we realized it was becoming something special and an essential part of our set. Lyrically, it’s inspired by my recent mental health struggles. I was struggling with depression and social anxiety, feeling like I didn’t know myself anymore. I’m lucky to have three of my “brothers” in this band, one by blood, and they’ve always accepted me for who I am. The song is about realizing what you have and finding it again when you can’t see it.”

BDRMM’s second album comes after their critically acclaimed debut, “Bedroom,” and a string of well-received singles.
