The alternative pop singer Au/Ra has released two new singles titled Medicine and Dance In The Dark. Previously she released the first single of the year titled “Assassin” in April. You can read the singer’s comment about the new singles below.
Both songs are very personal to me in different ways.I feel like they are describing two different versions of acceptance. ‘Medicine’ is about accepting that nobody can fix you or your problems except for you. ‘Dance in the Dark’ is about the acceptance of the dark times that will inevitably be part of our lives — life will never be perfect and without the bad, there would be no good.
